90 IROC Camaro Speed density

Were all 90 model tuned port engines utliizing the speed density system? have looked at a 90 IROC that has been setting for 20 years after being in an accident, it should be the spped density setup from what I have read, this one is not it has the MAFs system, no MATS sensor on the plenum and no holes to install. Has anyone else seen this on a 90 model

Re: 90 IROC Camaro Speed density

90-92 f body and 90-91 y body were speed density. All tpi units used a mat or iat.
if it doesn’t have a ninth injector and a maf it would be from a 89. 85-88 used a ninth injector on the drivers side.
If the ecm is still in the car the computer chip has 3-4 letters on it. This would identify what year engine size and transmission used.fo example a 90 tpi sd 350 automatic would be anjf. 91-92 is aujp.
