Is this the stock '89 L98 Cam?

I just finished pulling the cam on my '89 305 TPI 5 speed GTA. This the number/letters I found on it: CPC BC 17 049

It looks smaller than the crane 2032 that's going in, so I'll assume it is the stock cam.

I just purchased a crane 2032 for my 350 as well. What have you heard about it's actual performance capabilities. Am I going to be pleased. This rebuild is taking FOREVER.....a real can of worms. Still trying to pull the last few parts together.

When I pull my old cam I could let you know if the numbers you listed match mine. Of course I'm driving an 88 formula..not an 89.

Any feedback on the 2032 cam would be appreciated.
