Evap system hoses

Ok I’m just making sure I’m not crazy but should the hose going from the evap solenoid be bigger. The whole hose is small but at the throttle body it has adapter fitting going to a bigger hose. This is that way it was when I purchased the car. But the hoses are routed right per the diagram.

Having the adapter is factory correct.

cool thanks. I’ve been trying to figure out the gas smell problem I’ve been having. But also figured out about the evap solenoid. Figured out I have an N.O. solenoid but my 6E tune was set for N.C. Type solenoid. Changed the setting on my tune and my gas smell and tank pressure greatly reduced.
