Shift Kit Question

I have a B&M mega shifter kit , Bought my car a while ago it came with the shifter, the shifter handle looked pretty worn out plus sometimes the trans slips pretty bad when Iam going hard just wondering if you should change ur trans oil more often if ur running a kit, and also I know B&M makes their own trans fluid anybody know if its worth it.

the b&m mega shifter has nothing to do with a shift kit. it is just a means of shifting the transmission. you could try a fluid and filter change but you should probably adjust the tv cable first. if it is not adjusted properly, it will cause slippage.

The B&M fluid isn't worth it. If you think you really need a "performance" transmission fluid (you don't), then regular Ford Type-F fluid is the same as the B&M fluid, just without the fancy blue dye.
