T5 Clutch Problems.

I was recently driving my car and the arm that comes from the clutch master cylinder poped off the pedal arm. So i put it back on and put a E clip on the arm so it would not to it again. Well it did so i replaced the clutch master cylinder and it stays in place now but my clutch wants to engage all the way on the floor. It was the same before but now it kinda wants to grind slightly when going in 3rd unless its all the way on the floor. The rod that goes from the pedal to the master cylinder is adjustable but its adjusted all the way out and the system is properly bled. I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and if their is a way to make my clutch engage later and not as soon as you lift the pedal off the floor the slightest bit like mine.
