Car: 1999 silverado 1989 iroc 1988 s10
Engine: 4.8,5.7,4.3
t56 from early 4th gen in 3rd gen
I was in the local yard by me and found an early 4th gen with what seems to be a t56 unknown whether its a v6 or v8 as I couldn't get the hood to open and it was about closing time anyway but my question is what all parts can I use off of it for a Manuel swap if any ?

There's enough material here already to write a book on the subject.
Read the sticky at the top of the forum; and the one in the FAQ page. Maybe let your eye trickle down this very page itself and see how much discussion there already is about this.
Then (a) once you've identified the transmission available to you, and (b) if there's anything left to know about what works and what doesn't and why and therefore whether the one in question will work for you, come back, and we'll try to answer specific questions.
