RPO GW6 & RPO G92..got'em both??????

My RPO Code Sheet says that I have GW6 & G92. The GW6 is listed as "Axle Rear, 3.27 Ratio. The G92 is listed as "Axle Rear Ratio, Performance" and according to the Tech Data Info on the home page this is a 3.42 Rear. Anybody know how to read this without me getting under the car and checking the stamp on the housing??

Car: 1989 IROC--1989 T/A
Engine: 5.7 TPI in both
Transmission: W/C T-5 in both
Axle/Gears: B/W 3.27 in both
AS I UNDERSTAND IT... the average iroc/camaro/thirdgen, came with either, a 2.73/3.08 10 bolt or a 2.77/3.08 nine bolt rear. The gw6 is the BORG WARNER 9 bolt with 3.27 gear. The g92(performance) option would come with a variety of ratios, as in 3.23/3.27/3.42/3.45/3.73 as applicable for style of motor, options and year it was made. An further example is to say the 3.73 G92 gear was last offered in 1986.
Also in 86 the firebird seemed to get alot of 3.27 rears. I pulled my current rear from a 86 formula. You should be able to tell the ratio by the "LIMITED-SLIP" is attcahed to the diff cover.
Anyone else to fill in the blanks??

Car: Sexy

Transmission: Slipping
I have GU5, G80 *and* G92 on my sticker. Which is 3.23 Rear Axle, Positraction, Performance Package.

I'd get under the car and check. I found a 3.27 B-W when I looked.
