hey SAEspinz,
have you ever had an electrical problem after installing the pulleys? there is a guy on the firebirdv6 forums that had a ton of problems after throwing some pulleys on his '91.
also, how does that aerochamber sound on ur v6? i have a flowmaster 80 on my 3.1, and as everyone knows, they get ***** in the higher rpm's. people have been fooled into thinking mine is a v8 when i just cruise by, and in my opinion, it sounds awesome in the lower rpm's. how is yours?

I have pullys on all 3 of my rides. The first set was from jetchip.com, the other 2 are from aspracing.com
No problems so far.

I run a 200amp alternator on mine with both pulleys for good charge. Stock alt with the lights on at idle or the a/c on at idle read a discharge and was drawing too much power from everything. G()d help me if I ran the lights and a/c at the same time, even now with the larger alt this will still cause a slight problem

someone said a while back that the alt pully in asp kit made it so the alt did put out much power untill 1100-1500rpm
So I wold guess if your car idles at 800 rpm and you dont drive very far or fast, after a while you will kill your battery.

It slows the spinning of other items. It reduces the "drag" of them.
My show truck has the dual pully system, I can run lights, defrost, and radio and have no problems tell I hit a loud deep base note, then that lights dim.
My two daily drives have them, no affects at all. Yes, the crank only pully brings the charge rpm to like 900 or so?? Big deal, car idles at 1000.
The dual pully system is 1100-1200 something like that. aspracing.com has all specs listed on their site.

ANy Pully will work all the same basicly. I just used my crank pully i used the alt pully and my car batt would aways be dead when i got outta school since then ive had no problem after i took the alt pully off. I even had a 140 amp alternator on my car.

As for the Aero-Chamber muffler. I couldn't be happier. The best way for my to describe it is throaty. Nice and deep too. It has a great rumble at idle....and you get on it and it really open up, and not obnoxiously loud (it still turns head though). Internal resonance is perfect too. Not too loud (easy to talk to girls in the car at night) but you know its there. And as you get up the RPM range it definately gets louder, never sounding ***** at all. Maybe the only time it does is first thing in the morning when the system is cold. It tends to pop a bit up near 5,000 rpms. But once it warms up it dissappears. So all and all its great! Great sound. I have a sound clip. I can email it to you, it varys from idle - 4500ish. You will notice a little popping. Again the system was cold....but even cold it won't start doing it untill about 4500 rpms. Once warm it goes away. It was exactly the sound I was looking for.
