the engine harness, dash harness (depending on yr car being swapped into, may as well swap over the guage cluster ( if copatable). That should be pretty much it since you have the donor car. If teh car is quite a bit older, swap over the interior for an updated look too.

iirc, the 3.1 has a ka-nock sensor & the digital/linear egr going for it, along w/the MAF delete thing and an actual bygawd MAP sensor.

Just finished doing one, $1539 shipped, add $50 if shipped to residence.

Chevrolet Long Block Engines by PowerPro Automotive Engines, your complete internet automotive engine dealer!

I ended up with about $2500 when a repair shop quoted me $6500+.

I am retired Navy, so I had the advantage of using the facilities of the Auto Hobby Shop at the local Naval Station (Submarine Base Bangor), had the use of a lift bay, transmission jack, engine hoist, all the tools I could use....

you missed the days when you could get GM long block from $50-300 on ebay.
some guy had a big GM parts sell out. I missed the $50-75 ones but remember the $200 ones around $300 shipped. should of bought 3.
