new ecm bad?
so my boss and I were checking voltages and such, trying to figure out my code 15, and found im getting 6 volts out of the yellow wire to the CTS at the plug and the computer, which is new from NAPA, any ideas on what could cause this?

If you're getting 6 volts on that wire, the computer is crap.
There's a resistor in there that limts current and lowers the voltage to 5V for the reference and that seems to have gone bad.
Why did you replace the ECM in the first place, how did you prove it was bad the first time?
