Hey guys, I have a 91 v6 and the wire for the o2 is missing. it has been cut or pulled out of the o2. I have another sensor, but I cannot find the wire to plug it into. can you help?

Note that some export models are for leaded fuel. In these vehicles GM cut the O2 sensor wire to prevent closed loop operation.

shouldn't those cars running on leaded fuel be (relatively) easy to spot due to the absence of the cat convertor?

x2, with a white stripe. It comes out of the harness that runs down the back right side of the motor and goes to the starter. But they pull it out about halfway up.

Another possibility is that someone put a 3.4 manifold on his 3.1?

Both, 3.4 is a dual(left/right) setup.
