stopping problem

stopping problem
i drive an 89 firebird 2.8 and it stops ok but when it stops it feels kinda like it has ABS it feels like i am tapping the breaks when i am not its not that big of a deal it just bugs me so if you know what it could be please help
P.S just put new calepers and break lines on and bleed the lines aswell

There is no ABS in our cars (but damn i wish we did), Im goin to have to say air in the lines?

brakes wouldnt 'pump' with air in them, thed just feel mushy right? with long travel. id say the discs are A warped or B contaminated surfaces causing uneven braking as the disc passes through the caliper. 1st of id get some good disc cleaner/degreser- dont use any ol degreser though as some leave an oily film.

i dont think it air in the lines but it could be the rotors i will take them to the shop and hake them turned but i dident mention it only does this at slow speeds and the pedal is not squeshey and not a lot of travel an the pedal it just does it at like 10 mph when stopping
