Congrats! I hear these headers use a "real" flange instead of that donut thing we had... is that true?
Oh and did you ever start the car with "just" the manifolds? Is the car louder with "just" headers? I'd love to know (as a side benefit) if the whole exhaust has gotten louder, especially after it's going thru all your pipes.

hey TomP, the headers are louder then just having the exhaust manifolds on without pipes. And the headers have a real flange not the little donut thing like the manifolds have.................I think its time for you to make these babies for your car.

Hey, did you take pictures of the bending process, or install? I'm interested in seeing how those headers look in your car!
I don't know if anyone else has said this, but thanks for taking the leap with those 3.4L headers! I don't have the funds to blow on a set of headers that might not fit, and have been waiting for someone to do what you've done. THANKS!

3.1, until I figure out what's going on with my motor, I'm hesitant to add anything that dramatic to the car. Imagine if I added those headers and -still- ran in the 17's? Damn, I'd throw a fit! That's great you got 'em to work, I'm excited to hear the results!
