Turbocharge it?

Hi. I guess you all will figure out that I'm new to the board, and hope to become a regular.

And, I've sifted through many posts here, looking to make sure I'm not posting a question that's been asked (I know how annoying that is ), but my luck, I've probably missed it.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone knows of a kit or a way to "persuade" one to work on a 2.8? Superchargers are too expensive, and I've noticed that the V-6's have plenty of get-up-and-go off the line, but they die out at about 60mph.... plenty of time for the turbo to kick in,huh?

Ok, I've asked my question, and now I'm done rambling....

Oh, and nice to meet all of you.... it's so nice to have something in common with so many people...

I've always thought my 2.8 was opposite. Mine sux off the line but once it gets into the upper rpms and past 60 it'll take off and fly.
