Resetting the ECM...Help!

I've tried desperately to reset my bloody ECM for the past week now. I've messed with timing, idle speeds and other **** but haven't been able to reset the SOB. I've pulled the ECM fuse for an hour. NOTHIN. I've pulled the Fuel Pump (FP) fuse for an hour. NOTHING. I've pulled both for many hours. NOTHING. I can't clear my bloody codes and therefore am not clearing my ECM. I want to be able to take advantage of my mods. Short of disconnecting the battery (I hate doing that!) What can I do on the thing??? Thanks!

As I stated in my first post, the ECM fuse did squat for me. I had it pulled for an hour. Nothing. Thank you, please try again :-)

Your radio presets aren't worth the frustration. Disconnect the battery.

What's wrong with disconnecting the battery? That will work for sure.

If you ever read Chilton's, whenever you do anything with the car including changing the tires, you are suppose to disconnect the battery.

well I have never had a problem clearing the codes by pulling the fuse. And if you follow chiltons to the tee they say to disconnect the battery to do anything. you kinda have to go by common sense with dissen the batt.
