3400 clarification?

So I just go to the salvage yard, pull a complete FWD 3400, the 185-HP version, then swap its pistons, heads, lower intake, and upper intake to my RWD 3.4 long block assembly? Which pushrods? Does the roller cam retrofit without aftermarket parts?
Which PCM? My '94, because of my 4L60E? Or is the 3400 PCM mandatory?
I accept some PCM retuning may prove unavoidable, I'd just prefer to minimize that aspect.
I'm really getting sick of not having all 6 firing anytime I go past half throttle, and I'm not willing to do more than spark plugs, again, for only 160 HP.
Thanks!

Pretty much. Use the FWD head gaskets if you use the FWD pistons as well, because of the quench height.

Which pushrods?
For best results, you get custom length.

Does the roller cam retrofit without aftermarket parts?
No. While I know of one person that has a roller cam in a gen 1 block, it's not recommended to do this because of the different oiling needs between flat tappet and roller cams

It would be easiest to retain your current ECM. I know there's some tuning software that will work with your PCM, but I'm not sure which one will.

Re: 3400 clarification?

Good enough, thanks! I'm off to the salvage yards!
