Weird idle issue

Engine: 3.1 v6, 305 tpi
Transmission: 700r4, 700r4
Axle/Gears: 3.23, 3.23
Weird idle issue
I have a 92 camaro 3.1 with a 5 speed and when driving then coming to a stoplight the idle will go up while sitting after like 10 seconds until the check engine light comes on then after a few seconds it starts to idle down. Any help would be appreciated. Iac and tps have been replaced.
