TB bypass

how do u do it? i have a basic idia but not totaly sure.is it the 2 hoses on the bottom of the TB that that have to be connected? if not can u guys tell me what i need to do. also wut do i use to connect the 2 hoses. copper connector but wut size?

all i did was take my dads dremal and i grinded it down so that the openingg was slighty bigger. its kinda hard too explain.i basically just shaved off some metal. after i grinded it down i used 400. 600, 1000, and 2000 grit sand paper to polish it up. in the TB bypass article they show a tpi TB. i read it a while back andi still wasnt sure on what to do.
