Fun Facts!! 1987 was the 20th anniversary of the Camaro and the convertibles were considered the anniversary editions and were signified by a special dash badge that read `20th Anniversary Commemorative Edition’. This year was also the reintroduction of the 350 5.7L Small Block Chevy engine to Camaros with the TPI L98. It was available only as an option for the IROC-Z28.
