First off this car was contrevted from 90 tbi to an90 iroc tuned port.
Can the stock fuel computer messure boost and can I addjust it?
Second is there a knock sensor output that I can datalog?

no the stock computer only reads a 1bar MAP. so it can't read boost.
yes using craig moates software, or any of the other dataloggin programs, it will give you knock counts.

To expand on Dewey's answer. No, the stock computer ('730 for a 90 SD TPI) set-up as stock cannot measure boost. With a few changes though you can run it as a '749 with a 2 bar MAP which can measure boost (which is what GM used on the turbo sunbird and Sy/Ty)
