Is this even possible?
How can I wire up my fan to run when the key position is on the prime position or when the motor is running?Without using any swithces or relays.Just have the fan wires hooked up to something that gets power only when the motor is running or when the systems primes its self.

Easy (at least for those that are wired as my '91 Camaro).
Just permanently wire the ground side of the coil(s) of the relay to gound. This is generally the thin green/white wire.
From the factory, the positive side of the relay(s) is powered when the key is in the ignition position, so you'd only have to change the ground side so it is permanently grounded.
