I replaced the fusible link that attaches to the wire that goes between the power distribution point near the battery and the alternator. Now, about every two weeks, the connection where i splice in the fusible link gets fried. My battery gauge drops to 12 and i have to cut and resplice. Its fine for another two weeks. Why is this happening?
