headlights...

ok i have searched and searched and i have yet to find exactly what i need. i want to get some brighter headlights now i have heard of the whole just swapping mine out for the slyvania direct fit and i have also been considering the e36 swap but in the mean time i have been trying to read what is the best setup if i want to put in HIDs. some guys have been saying that if i get the hella lights with hids i will not be able to angle them down so they are not blinding (last thing i want) and then other guys are saying that if i get projectors with hids then i will be able to position the light how i want. now if i go projector or hella obviously i will have to buy a hid kit but will the bulb fit right in the projector and plug up? i need all this straightend out so i can do this some one please help

edit: if i bought this kit would it be exactly what i need
