"The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading"?
For the last 3 or 4 day, I've been getting this (see attachment) and ONLY on TGO, no other sites. So I doubt it is my ISP or computer.

I thought this would clear up in the 1st day or 2, but it hasn't. TGO server problems?

It is a known issue that has occurred from a result of recent resource upgrades to address performance issues that had been occurring.

It worked better before the DOWNGRADE.
