what does this mean?

I am sitting in my room, and about to go out. I pointed my clicker out the window at my car to start it up with the remote starter just before i go out, and as it starts i get a nice (fairly big) puff of smoke from both tailpipes as it starts. It looked like grey smoke. What does this mean and what can i do about it to fix it? Also, I have an exhaust leak up by one of the exhaust manifolds if that matters at all.

Gray/Blueish smoke only from start up, sounds like the valve seals are leaking. This is allowing a small amount of oil to slip past the seals, and accumulate on your valves. When you start up, the smoke is the oil burning away. You can replace the seals, with the heads still on the car, but I have not done this. Can someone help out on this.
