Is there suppost to be some sort of air sensor on the snorkel of an 89 Iroc? The car has been hit in the front and I have been looking for a wire that leads to it but i can't find one. The hole to put the sensor is on the driver's side of the snorkel. Am I missing something or is it a different snorkel.

 

On the V6 model, the IAT sensor is in the air intake. The TPI motor has it on the bottom side of the plenum. The upper piece on the air intake is identical between the two, except for that sensor. Someone probably just put a v6 upper on your car.
