Dash Panel Lights
I've got a 1990 Camaro RS with a 350 in it. What im wondering is, my dash lights dont work but the gauges do and the overhead lamp dont work i pulled apart my dash and all the bulbs are fine so i checked all my fuses and their all fine. Wondering what could cause this. Also, my headlights stay on bright had to unplug my brights for them to not shine. WHAT COULD CAUSE THIS STUFF PLEASE HELP ID LIKE TO DRIVE MY CAR AT NIGHT!!

Re: Dash Panel Lights
Think the brights might be a seperate problem, but my GTA had the same dash lights problem and it was the remote dimmer switch. I'm pretty sure that the 92 Camaro has this part also. It wasn't too expensive to replace but it was a major pain to reach up under the dash on my car.
The brights could be a bad switch. Maybe it's stuch in the "brights on" position.
Hope that helped. I'm sure you'll get more definitive advice shortly on here. Good luck!

In the firebird F-body's, it's up under the dash above the steering colum. Check out this thread with pics and diagrams and all. https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/elec...ments-now.html
Searching 'remote dimmer' will turn up lots of info also.
