I've been looking for a block to build a 383 lately and definately want to go roller cam. So if I were to find a block that is already machined for factory roller lifters, it looks like this kit already has everything needed as far as running lifters right? Anyone ever use this kit from them. The price looks pretty damn good to me. And the pushrod kit is a little less then $30 IIRC. Plus they had some pretty good prices on roller cams as well. Anyone every dealt with Jim Pace before?

Yeah, Pace is alright, also try GO AUTOCENTER
What they do is buy brand new GM crate engines, including ZZ4's and they take them apart and sell the parts. Seems it's cheaper to buy the whole engine than piece by piece.
They sell "take off" ( translated means engine was test run by GM, then never fired again ) roller lifters for $120 for the set.
