More stuff!
ALuminum door sills x4!
Replacement trim pieces for firebird/T/Am pre painted or paintable, or metal?
I'd be interested in everything from the dash to the liner and rear and the lower side ones, not sure how much interest there is though.
Second the Full wiring harness for Carb cars, with option to delete Hvac radio, etc?
Fiberglass dash pads would be great! (reinforced)
Mechanical to digital conversion and digital gauges?
I'll keep thinking for sure..

Installed a kit from Bowtie automatics called the EZ TV kit for my TPI 700r4, I think its geared more for the hot rod crowd but its well designed and works great. Another item, other than one guy on ebay 'MJB Machine' its hard to find a machinest who will retrofit sealed needle bearings into TPI throttle bodies.

I Would Be interested in the rocker and radiator Support in SS more than Aluminum. I prefer SS over aluminum and would be willing to pay more for SS sheet, let Me know if this is an option. thanks

Okay, All this stuff is good... Let me make a few things clear.
There are things I simply cannot do, whether it be because of equipment or I just simply do not have that particular skill.
These are things I cannot do:
Make rims,
super large composites (like hoods Extensive exterior panels)
anything that pertains to personal saftey (I could but, I refuse to hold that kind of responsibility)

If I cannot do it this is a good oportunity for someone to take the advice from crowd and pick up where I drop the ball... this is good for all businesses.
I do not even own a Thirdgen Anymore, But I love them so much I want to do this.
Things are starting out slow but bring more ideas so if I cant do something someone else will for you guys. Now majority rules on this... Rad cover is almost done as is the door sills... afterwards the cup holders.. and slave cyl lines... these are most popular after that I will start on everything else. There is a huge list and every single thing you guys asked is on there. Now we might be able to start some sort of petition to give to a wheel manufactuer for the 17" GTA wheels... just a thought
Thanks guys, Cale

SS is an option and not just the material will cost more labor may as well, SS is very strong and take longer to cut, also longer to polish. plus my design may incorporate rivets for a more precise piece and I will have to use different rivets to prevent galvanic corrosion.

I understand about the SS. I have worked with it before. But I HATE rust and perfer it over aluminum, I can do the polishing so I wouldnt need that done. Cant wait for pics

Well the aluminum "prototype will be ready tomorrow" for the radcover
The door still not yet sure if by tomorrow but will try, I will also show pictures of a completed slave cylinder set up.
Keep inmind too if you rather have it painted that would be cheaper for labor hours...

Okay here a couple things you been waiting for. This is the slave cylinder set up I make.
Includes,
SS braided teflon coated hose
1 Mcleod AN 4 to roll pin fitting straight
1 Mcleod AN 4 to roll pin 90* angle
2 AN 4 female connectors straight
This all for $130 One year warranty against leaks

Shows optional lifetime warranty Aluminum slave cylinder. $50
http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i9...nce/FSP001.jpg

Now for the Aluminum Rad cover. (THIS ISNT COMPLETED)
I am having a design problem coming up with idea for rear fan bracket, but here is the meat and potatoes.

http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i9...nce/FSP003.jpg

http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i9...nce/FSP002.jpg

http://i70.photobucket.com/albums/i9...nce/FSP004.jpg

These hadnt been polished yet and when I am finished you will have a polished product, As for the rear bracket you can see the paper template I had created using the measurements off the plastic counter part. My thought was to rivet a bracket to the panel but I am not sure I want to do that or come up with a different solution. Most of the time had been in creating a cardboard templates for everything and measurements, the reason is I can lay a flat piece of metal down and trace out the shape and cut and bend in no time.
I havent tallied up material cost for this set up but how much would you pay for a completed piece?
Also are you interested in the (Caution-Fan may start at any time) sticker?

I am down for the slave cylinder and hose, looks cool. Again to save on labor I can polish or paint.

Is that radiator piece for single or dual fan?

This one is for single electric, I have yet to look at dual, But to be honest with you I think I will create holes and sell brackets to convert to any application? What do you guys think about that.

On the door sills and radiator cover, I would be willing to purchase both of them not polished, for I think I might end up painting or polishing myself.

I think you should have a base price, which isn't polished or painted, a polished price, and (if you do it) a brushed look price. How much was the materials for the radiator cover, that will allow us to better answer your question about how much we are willing to pay.

Thats a very fair and good idea, Well that was a piece I had lying around, So I need to find out how much the materials will cost me and get back to you. FYI Id imagine it will be probably when I am done with the brackets about $40 shipped as a base, Maybe lower or Higher but give me a few minutes Id make a final price.

Okay I calculated everything How does $40 bare completed sound?
Add $10 painted and cleared color of your choice and Add $15 for polished
All shipping is included and this include "new" anchor nuts for brackets.

I 100% am in for a pair of door sills and radiator cover. If you can etch camaro in the sills, i'd be willing to pay for that - if not i can get it done myself. Email is kcobain147@adelphia.net . I dont check this too often, but email i check every other day or so. PLEEEAASE lemme know when you're willing to sell a finished product. The rad support i need for a single electric, not the dual, so your prototype is right up my alley.

$40 shipped is fair, I'll be taking a set of bare ones. I'll also want a pair of bare door sills. Can't wait to see them!

How much for this stuff in SS bare? I would also like/need the radiator one for the dual fan. Also for the rocker pieces would it be an option to get them without the cutout for the seatbelt? I plan on getting 4th gen seatbelts and they are a little different than the 3rd gen in that they dont cover that part from the retractor. I would imagine this would be one less step in the process for cutting....
Is this piece cast? When can we start buying/ordering stuff?

A brushed or polished aluminum filler cover. The panel that fits above the radiator support and acts as a filler between the hood and radiator support assembly.

Okay, I still have to get a price on the SS.. now my rad set up is single fan only I havent looked at the dual fan so I need someone to take pictures or measure out so I can make provisions for the brackets. If you want to make your own brackets I will sell the bare piece for $30.. I am leaning toward reinforced spacers instead of brackets, Less bulk and cleaner look. What do you guys think?

How about a headliner backing? abs FG carbon, something I can upholster my pressed fiberglass insulation fell apart when I removed it to glue the material back on.

Also center console, stock replacement type, but if you could make it a true Dual DIN it would open up a lot of options.

+1 on the hatch to headliner trim peice

Not sure you want me taking on production for you, especially for the haedliner piece, shipping from Alaska would seriously Suck for the rest of you all. I am however considering setting up a mold to do vacuum formed (or infused) headliner backings, trouble is I dont have a pattern to work from as mine is trashed.

If the deal on the dual fan mount doesn't work I have one I am not using also. I don't have the lower so I am just using a perma cool or spal fan. One other idea I had but would be a pita project is a fabricated aluminum sbc intake you could make alot but definitely time consuming. just an idea.

Get some decent sized card board and trace the head liner around it, then lay some glass or which ever method you choose... even if you do not decide to make production, getting the prototype made so i can is a huge help. but its completely up to you

If scooter cant do it that would be awesome... intakes will be time consuming but they are wanted pretty badly... the want justifies the hard work..

What kind of gauges are you guys looking to put in the ac delete plate? You also looking for switch provisions for universal switches?
I was thinking having two holes for gauges and 2 red covered toggles?
could customize either way... or instead if toggles two red/or amber/ green indicator lights? I believe it would be more practical to do this in aluminum rather than SS

I've got one for you to try. A cold air intake setup for the tpi engines that uses the scoop on the power bulge hood to pull cold air. I've been looking for something like that for a while but haven't found anything. I would simply make one, but working plastic is simply beyond my means.

nope just a cover as the 4th gen fans have a shroud of their own. I just need a piece to cover the radiator and hold it in place. I don't have it mounted in car yet but hopefully I will have it mocked up in the next couple weeks.

found another member that did the swap and had good pictures. Basically it's a stock piece with the fan cut out moved to the passenger side instead of the middle.

just pm me with your idea of a price. Thanks
