I just completed a stealthram conversion. 383 E-tec 200 heads,24 pound injecters.edelbrock headers,zz9 cam, stock throttlebody custom chip,The chip is from my old setup(same setup as above except i had a scoggindicky vortec tpi setup) My problem is throttle response at idle when i take off from a dead stop it hesitates, car jerks like it has a dead spot. plug check reveals rich condition (carbon deposits)What should i do lower my fuel pressure? It is 48 psi. Im planning on doing some chip work when i get the equipment.

If the car doesn't run either rich or lean at WOT, I'd leave the FP alone, since it will have basically no effect whatsoever at part throttle; and get to work on the chip programming.
