Those look like GTS Blackouts to me. They run around the 60-70 dollar range new. Do a search and you'll find plenty of info. Also note that while the application guides on most sites say they only fit base model birds and formulas, they also fit TA's and GTA's fine with a little adjustment. --Jim--
