Does anybody out there make a carbon fiber hood for a third genaration camaro? I have a black 91' Z28 I've been working on for over a year and I think a the carbon fiber hood would look great. I'd even settle for a stock flat hood that I could modify by installing my factory blister onto it.

um , search for the japanese hood , its a reverse cowl hood. They are trying to get it made or have it shipped from japan. Either way its gonna be around a grand for it .

I seriously doubt the Jap reprodution hood will be made of CF.

to answer your question, no.

no one makes a production carbon fiber hood for the 3rdgen camaro.

there are 3 camaros in japan that have carbon fiber hoods.
one is a standard flat hood, like you want, with the blisters on it.

one has two heat exctractors with louvers over it, like stock iroc style

and one is the infamous heat extractor hood...

they were all hand laid, custom made jobs... NOT production, there is no company you can buy them from.
