Frame paint

I've got a few spots on my frame with surface rust and/or flaking paint. What paints and primers out there do a good job of covering it up and not flaking off.

The Eastwood Co makes a product called Chassis Black in both semi and full gloss. They claim its very durable. www.eastwoodco.com
