Has anyone had any problems with the heat from the lamps dulling spots in the buckets?

I had mine painted semi gloss and have noticed a slight dull discolorization. Barley noticable yet under certain light you can see a dull spot.

The bumper cover and everything was brand new and freshly painted. Hmmm
