From the outside my car is pretty clean, there are few traces of rust (fender). But when I got under the car theres a different story, I found a fair amount of it all over the place some of it chipping off and stuff. What can I do to stop this or reverse it?

Or you can just go to POR-15's company website here. Great stuff. If you have any holes you can use some of their other products to do a pretty permanent fix if you don't want to weld in new metal.
