Re: Lexon t tops help
not hard to do . just remove , clean good . polish with a good brand name polish . as a retired acft. mech. i have done this many times . a single pad elect. d/a polisher makes it go real fast . i have used meguire's PlastiX & nu-finish auto polish , both with good result's . if that does not remove all then wet-sand areas with 1000 grit then 1500 and re-polish . has worked for me on acft. & auto's . JUST TAKE YOUR TIME & GO SLOW . DID I MENTION GO SLOW ? just my take & results . good luck .

Re: Lexon t tops help
I can pick some t tops up for 20.00 a piece. The drip edge needs replacing on them and the satin area just above needs paint. I'd like to locate the rubber drip edge anyway.

Re: Lexon t tops help
Ohhhh I thought of paint my lexon t's many times. I just want them to look good, and not bungled. I'm gonna polish the **** out of them and call it good. They let in less light than the glass t's. The glass let in an amberish type tint. The lexon's have a nice dark limmo type tint that blocks the light to my satisfaction. I just want them to look as good as I can make them.
