Ok so ive had this car for about 2 years now. Its my daily driver to and from college and anywhere else i need to go. The previous owners put chrome chevy rally rims on the car but did not take very good care of them. I have cleaned the hell out of them and they are still really nice but have some spots that wont come clean. These are true chrome rims and i was wondering if theres a way to get these spots removed? See pics below to see spots on rims im referring to. Around the lip of the rims and the air valve. These were taken on my phone so sorry if they are poor quality.

sorry to be the guy to give you the bad news.
The chrome and nickle has peeled off in those spots. Its rust. Its only gonna get worse. Cant redo just those spots. Nothing can really be done at this point.
Keep usingthem as is untill its bad and ugly. Or have them stripped and powder coated.
(i do chrome , polishing and powder coating , thermal coatings. )
Sorry for the bad news man.
