What should my 88 firebird sell for?

hello all i am going to be selling my fbody because of gas prices and it being my daily drive do not work . So i was just wondering what u all think i should list it for. its 88 firebird 5.7 (TBI swap) only 9,000miles on engine. fully balanced. crane cam. tranny was rebuilt only 30k miles ago. it just recently (2months ago) got a new paint job, snow white with clear coat. (perfect body no dings no scratches nothing). Brand new tires on new rims. Alpine deck 4 Pioneer 6X9's Interior is flawless like new. Tinted windows. No leaks and here is a list of all New items.
4 tires

brake rotors with new brake pads and shoes.

After market Rims (16in)

350 TBI Engine ( Block heads everything is new) Fully balanced and heads are port polished

Edelbrock Performer TBI Intakemanifold

Throttle body (new fuel injectors also)

Jeg Shorty Headers (heat Rapped)

Flowmaster 40 series

Alternator

Starter

Radiator ( all hoses)

water pump

Battery

Belt

Distributor and Coil (also spark plug wires)

Alpine Cd Deck

4 Pioneer 6X9 Speakers

I also have 2 new shocks and 2 new struts for the car just have not got to doing it. Will come with car if bought.

I don't like others peoples projects even more when most of the upgrades are not good items or something I would do.

If I was looking at car like this and all the paperwork was there and I mean everything and not just a ''Yea its all rebuilt, Paperwork? Sorry lost it''. $3500. Without proof of the engine being redone. $2500.

Pictures would really help but I would think $3000 to $3500.
