A '92 Z28 I'm buying. The seller let me know the paint is a little weak on the ground effects and hood blisters. Not real bad, just started to show dull. Were the ground effects single stage or was everything on the car Base/Clear?

IIRC by 1992 everything is Basecoat/Clear.
