finished installing the 2 front bucket seats from a wrecked 1995 grandam into a thirdgen. the seats fit excellent, much like the stock thirdgen seats did. grandam seat tracks will not bolt to the floor of a thirdgen without modification. But the stock thirdgen seat tracks will bolt up to the bottom of the grandam seats. No drilling or cutting required, seats are a straight bolt in swap.
only quirk is that the grandam seats are from a 4 door car and do not tilt forward like the 2 door firebird ones did. can swap the firebird recline mechanism bolted to the side of the seat onto the grandam seats if that is a concern.
