It wasn't as hard as everyone makes it out to be. It did take awhile but nothing about it was hard. Anyway, now i have the insulation stuff from the ducts flying out of the vents. I assume it's because i loosened some of it up while i was putting the heater core in. But how long does this usually last? I'm gonna get tired of cleaning that sticky stuff off the dashboard everytime i use the defrost.

I just finished replacing my dash and now I have no air coming in thru the front vents. The defroster vents blow fine, but little or no air comes in from anywhere else.

I sure hate to have to pull all that stuff out again.

I had a hard time aligning all the vents back up.

Got any advice for me?

That insulation stopped blowing out yesterday. As far as the air not blowing through the vents, maybe you kinked a a vaccum line and it won't open one of the doors?
