Have you considered places like Hawks, year one, Classic Industries and the like?

If so, then you'll need used. That'll open up a world of resources including ebay, Hawks and the classified section here.

I have gathered a few throughout my parts hunt. It's tough finding them in good condition; especially the console lid. Where are you located?
