Hi all.
Where do people recommend to buy a new drivers side (Australian passenger) door for a '84 T/A?
Mine is pretty much rusted out along the bottom and up around the hinges. It is the only major rust in the whole car and trying to find a replacement over here is very difficult.
Obviously they would need to ship overseas.
Cheers all.

Try here. He doesn't appear to have one listed, but I'm sure he could help. Shipping to Oz is another matter.
I have an 87 IROC power(window/locks) door. Not sure of the differences.

Door shells should be the same on all thirdgens. In fact I just bought a rust free pair off of a wrecked 91 rs for my bird. The only difference should be the dent guard molding and the later year ones are drilled for ground effects.
The way I understand it there are 2 different sets of holes for the interior door handle depending if you have the base or deluxe interior so that may take some rearranging as well as reusing your original handle linkage rod.

They are available new from GM for those with $1300 laying around.
