I just found a screaming deal on one...1992 Z28 25th Anniversary Edition with 5.7 litre and auto...145,000 miles. The interior looks mint too (look at that dash!) except drivers seat. Car is located in Seattle which means no rust! $1500! Even with $600-$800 in shipping you are still well under the price point you have in mind. Its for sale at a dealership up here which means you could probably put it on a visa or mastercard if you wanted!
