I love the deck, but I've always planned on adding a changer. I was told that the deck would read disk text as long as the changer was able to. Anybody have this set-up? Does it work? I just wanted to see the text, if that's not going to work, I won't get the changer.

You're gonna spend $300 on a changer just to see the cd title display on the screen? Whatever floats your boat I guess. Just remember that VERY few cds come with the CD Text format.

Come on, if I knew how NOT to spend money on my car, I wouldn't be on this website. It's an addiction, and in my mind, I spent the money on the deck, so I might as well see all the features work. I'm the reason Alpine stays in buisness.

The Ozzman Cometh has CD TEXT. Most new computer CD burners now have CD text burning capabilities, so now you can title your discs & tracks.
