Can you buy new plastic nuts for a non-A/C heater box?

Looking to replace the broken plastic nuts on the bottom of my non-A/C heater box. Are these available anywhere aftermarket or does anyone have some good condition used ones they would sell? Here’s a picture of the part:

Looks like that’s a no I guess.
Anyone have a recommendation on some other product to use? Was thinking I could possibly use something like license plate nuts. I’ll have to check the help aisle.

Without seeing the other side of the nut, I was going to suggest license plate fasteners also.

I bought some 1/4" license plate nuts and they aren't large enough to fill the heater box holes.
I'm probably going to glue some plastic pieces on the sides of the original nut to lock it in place. That's the only idea I've come up with that might work.

I would suggest making a 3D model and print it in some sturdy plastic would be the #1 way to go
