Tuning questions for Gen 7 DFi

General question is when trimming fuel , what is a safe amount to start with ?

My plugs are looking progressively wetter rearwards from the front of the motor. I'm guessing that its because of the small volume LT4 manifold and high rpms I'm seeing (8000). I'm thinking to trim fuel as the cylinders aren't able to pull enough air as the fronts.

Any thoughts ?
