1228063 Junk?

I Have a 350TBI Hooked to 1228063 computer. I Can Get a TBI Super Chip or get a 89-91 Caprice 350 ECM. Which would actually be worth while? I get 25 mpg right now with my Torque Convertor/Tranny/Rear End Setup.

I am not a Computer kinda guy, i dont get along with electronics, Therefore I Wont be making my own Chip..
