Should I bother ordering another PROM just to make that single change? I don't know how far the MAF with compensate.
Car seems to run ok, is a bit thirsty but it isn't broken in yet. Seems a little weak too, but I've had it apart for a long time and daily for a long time was a stage 2 WRX, so I am having trouble comparing...

Yes, you need to replace/reprogram the PROM for "that one change". The MAF will not compensate that far. 24#/19# = 126% of the fuel you need. It is running just a weee bit too rich.
Figured that would be the answer, thanks.
