I am wondering if I shouldn't use this bin if i still have EGR and AIR hooked up, i also have the CCP, but that is still in the bin from my understanding.

My motor is pretty radical....a 500 HP superrammed 383. However i want to keep all the stock emissions equipment on it. Would it hurt anything to keep this equipment on the car and still use the S_AUJP that has them disabled?

Should i just use the standard AUJP bin? My motor will see up to 6500 rpms and i like alot of the changes made to the super bin. What do you guys thiink?

Should be awesome when you get it tuned!.....

Judging by your question, I'd say forget the 500 for a while, and just work with the stock .bin until you get alot more familiar with chip work.

Go slow, take notes, learn the basics, look for trends, then explore from there. It's really easy to get in over your head, and get into bad habits when tuning.

I just thought the majority of the adjustments in S_AUJP would make it easier to tune my engine because it is set-up a little better for my application.

Am I correct in saying that i can just change the EGR and AIR constants back to their original setting and everything shoud work fine. After set those constants back to normal, the other changes are just IAC, highway mode, extended VE table patch, fueling and spark, all of which should be better suited for my engine.

Lots of guys start at square 12, and really never get a solid grasp of what the heck their doing.

Your best bet is to do what Grumpy said and learn the right way. If you don't understand what the SAUJP does then stay away from it. Start with a stock bin and work your way up until you learn what the SAUJP really does and what applications it fits.
It will be a real accomplishment to get 500hp with all the stock emissions equipment. It took GM many years to do that.......I think the new vettes finally have 500hp N/A with emissions.
Start slow and write down what worked and what didn't.
